Let me keep it real

Thank you Tiffany, I do appreciate your support and I do realize that we all loose differently, but let me tell you that this surgery is more mental than anything. I have met so many people that have loss way more than me and they still feel unsuccessful. I tell you the mental part of this is 90% of the battle. Adrienne

I can not believe your physician didn't tell you ahead of time you'd need to exercise. If he/she didn't, I consider that VERY irresponsible on your doctor's part. Has your doctor suggested counseling? L Y N N

I have been to counseling, but it is hard to find a counselor *****ally understands eating disorders. I am in the process of looking for one that understands those issues and I am sure that would be of some help as well, and now my doctor stresses exercise, but he did not in the begining and I lie to you not. I know me and I know that i am not an exerciser and aI would have never ever had the surgery if it was a requirement. However, my husband who is doing great bought me a bike and we have been bike riding and i seem to enjoy that a little and I have started taking my headphones and putting them on and just casually walking around my Cul De Sac, so i am trying, I never claimed to be perfect, I am trying. LMAO This has kept me soo entertained. Just a question Lady A..did you have a psych consult?? You are just off your rocker. You are the funniest thing I have read and seen in a LONG time. Anywho, the reference to the "sistah" thing and the street corner was just responding to your "keeping it real". A poster above referred to a "sistah" being able to do that so I didn't realize that someone using the EXACT same reference but disagreeing with you would be considered making it a BLACK thing. Although I must say you do give women who claim to be "sistahs" a bad name. I know tons of black women who are smart, educated, and very nice who I adore. Its sad it takes one crackpot to ruin it for everyone else. Everyone say thank you to Lady A!!!

NUT!!!!!! never denied it. But I must say Lady A. I never saw her reffer to your education, but you are the one that keeps saying that you "researched this" hence forward...educated yourself. If you were properly educated you would have seen all of the problems a coming ...even the dreaded "EXERCISE". I am not here to argue with you on this Lady A. But you have got to see just how silly your post has been. I have never been against anyone with there opinion, we all have them and that is what is unique. But you are hypocrital talking about someone else and what they are tryin to say to you. That is what makes this forum what it is.
