Topic: Free Basset/beagle Female Spay and utd on shots
HI all I am looking for a home for a resuce that we have, her name is Dixie and she is 9-10 months old and she has been spayed and up to date on all her shots, she is an indoor dog, housebroken and leash trained, and learning good manners, I just don't need another dog right now, and want her to find a good home she would make an excellent companion, she gets along fine with other dogs and cats. Please let me know if anyone is interested, I am located here at Fort Leonard Wood, MO thanks!!!

Hi Michelle, I also have a great love for dogs and horses, We have 2 dogs, one is a Rottie/lab mix, she is such a wonderful dog, but, alas, she is an outside dog...she doesnt want to be house trained. And I have a boxer/pit mix that is my baby. He is such a sweetie, and has a haliarious personality. He makes everyone laugh, such a clown. I bought my daughter 2 horses, one is a grey,(white now), mare about 11 years old. She is the sweetest horse, anyone can ride her. (that is the one I want to start riding again on when I can). Not a jumpy bone in her body. She is a perfect lady. The other one she has is a black Tenessee Walker. He is a handfull. We bought him for her to compete with in western shows and gymkhanas, but, he isnt taking to the arena scene. We are going to sell him because he is too rowdy for her to handle, and he needs someone that will spend lots of time and put lots of miles on him. I love him cuz he has a great personality. But, if she cant ride him and feel safe, then there is no choice. (Anybody want to buy a horse???) As you can tell, I love our extended family. Also have 2 cats. It is quite a household. God bless, Laury

Yup, believe it or not I adopted a Spook from the graveyard! well ok...she isn't really a spook, but she sure sounded like one. She still howls like that but only when I ask her too. Spook went from being a throw-away puppy to a top performing Service Dog. Spook is a certified Medical Alert/Responce Dog and is my shadow. She alerts to all the things that I am allergic to. trust me there are a bunch of them. She had been featured on Miracle Pets on the PaxTv channel, in the Charlotte Observer, Gaston Gazette and Womans World Mag. Not bad for all do who just wants to chase frisbees. We go to school each morning at Derita Alternative School and great every student as they arrived and are searched in the morning. (they think Spook is the drug dog). When I can figure out how to get my picture on profile I'll put a picuture of her on there with me. Until then, here she is http://www.geocities.com/wolfwindspirit/SERVDOG2.html

Then you would like it at my house, I have quarter horses a mare coming 8, and her foal (not so tiny now)at 10 months, and seven, yes seven dogs. Not everyone sleeps in the house!! But I do have to share my bed with a rottie, and two chihuahuas!! Good thing I got rid of my husband quite a few years back!!!! HAHAHA

I feel like a zoo most days at my house. I raise goats and have 36 now. We have two turkeys, 3 guennie hens, 3 dogs and yes 36 goats. Animals are my therapy i tell everyone. cheaper than the hourly rate charged by most doctors.lol debbie

I have 2 dogs, Chewy a purebred Jack Russell Terrier and Cherry, part JRT and part Toy Fox Terrier. Chewy is 2 years old and Cherry is 8 months old. What a pair! Great fun, they are like our children and we spoil them rotten! They even have thier own website.... http://www.chewydog.com my husband has written some really cute stories to go along with their pictures. I get the biggest kick out of jus****ching these two interact. We got Cherry as a companion for Chewy and they are just great together. We also have 2 cats, Booger about 5 years old and Pywacket 10 years old. They do not care for the dogs at all. Chewy and Cherry would love to play with them, but they are just to "uppity" Pet really are a wonderful gift from God. Warm regards, Sharon

Hi, My husband tells me I have a zoo. I have 2 dogs, one inside and one outside, two prarie dogs, and one cat. That isn't really a zoo. I am trying to add on to my house to make my bedroom larger and away from the main bedroom, so I can put the PD's in there, and get a pair of Ferrets, and allow my outside dog to come in and visit sometimes. My husband dosen't know that is why I am enlarging my bedroom. Should be interestiang! Maureen
