I am a cat person, who is with me??
I love my cats, I have two adults and my female just had four, so six all together. My cats have been my saving grace more times than I care to mention. When I have no one to talk to or no one to cry to they are there and they love me just the same. I have always loved cats and dogs, but my furry feline friends are my passion. I would like to find someone who has this same interest and would like to share stories and emails with me. Thank you for listening.
I have two cats. My baby is my Maine Coon she is mine. I had her mom when I lived in New Hampshire. She got out and yup she came back pregant. She had two kittens. Saw a small litter, one multi (money)cat and the maine coon. The mother did not like the maine coon and tried to throw her out. I can home from work one day and the kitten was on the step to outside. She was cold so I put her back in with the mother and the mother took her out.
Now Rusty is her name was 1 week old and I raised her from that point on. The vet told me she would not make it. She is now 4 years old and still my baby. I just recently got another cat to the family. And boy was he a mistake. He is one troubled cat. Spooky is his name and he lives his name too. He has attached himself to my daughter. So no I can not get rid of him. So ya I guess you would say I am a cat lover too.
We have 3 kittens in the house (I go from a friend) I have a stray living on my enclosed front porch that has 3 babies then my two outside cats that arrived as strays. One is a wild cat that took my 3 days to trap so he could go to the vet to be neutered. The kittens will go when they get older and the momma cat as soon as she's done feeding the new babies. But the newer bbies will probably go to new homes. I think 9 might get me divorced or broke with all the spay/neuters that need done.
I'm really more of an all-animal person than a cat person, but I do haave two cats. My eldest just turned eighteen. My husband and I (before we got married) found her abandoned. There were feral cats in the area, and she was very small--about ten days old. My vet thought her mother abandoned her because she wouldn't have survived being a street cat. Anyway, we went to the pet store and got tiny little bottles and kitty formula. We had to feed her every two hours at first. Gradually we weaned her to semi-liquid canned cat food. She would stick her whole face in the food and suck it up! Now she's so old, she can't control her kidneys and bowels, but she still seems to enjoy life. As long as she seems content, we plan to let her go on.
Our other cat is only two. He's HUGE (about 20 pounds), and loves to "hunt", batting milk bottle caps around the room and then "pouncing" on them. He was another rescue. We found him wandering around in the mall parking lot. My daughter thought he was a girl at first (he was still very young), and we found out our mistake while he was on the vet's table! After a slight name change, my daughter accepted that her girl cat was a boy, and now they are inseperable.
Hi Nicole! I LOVE cats big time!! They have been MY saving grace more times then I can mention! We have 2, they are sisters. They are Mittens &
Tuesday. I love them to death, as specially Tuesday. She is mamma's
little girl. She loves to sleep with me, & loves attention. She is grey & white.
They are 10 years old. Wouldn't trade them for anything!!! Take care,
Grace LeMar.
I am truly obsessed! I was just featured as an emerging artist on a website that has lots of my cat pictures. You can see the feature and some of the cat shots here:

I love my babies and they do tricks as well.
I am a cat/kitten person too, who needs help! I bought a lovely kitten at the local humane society. Little did anyone know she was pregnant. She was so little the three babies moved her intestines all around in her belly that she required bowel surgery, (almost like us, LOL) Anyways, $1500 later and 3 kitties to boot, i now have 1 month old baby kitties. My question is when do i introduce them to the litter box and normal food. I still supplement feed them 2-3 times daily with a bottle, they don't seem to get the licking the milk in a bowl yet. Thanks for your help! Email me at [email protected]
Currently, I have 9 cats living with me. Their names are Squeakers, Sammy, Little Jo, Houdini, Lynn, Amber, Missy, Sonny, and Polly.
Squeakers was the only on of the group that we had set out to get, and the rest came to our home as rescues of one sort or another.
Sonny and Polly are not quite a year old, but are darling. Ever since Sonny was just a baby, he loves television. Of course his favorite channel is Animal Planet!
Life is anything but dull with our nine!
I am a huge cat person. I don't know what I would do without my Miss (my kitty) She is just the best. She follows me EVERYWHERE. I go in the bathroom she comes running. I go to do the dishes she is right there watching me. She is my baby. I would never be without at least one cat. OH my hubby also laughs at me cuz I feed all the strays too. He calls me the cat lady. We also have a 100lb dog. He is the biggest pain in my butt. I would have 50 cats to 1 dog anyday.
Merry Christmas and God Bless!
