Any horse people?
Well... looks like I'm the only App person on here.
Right now we have 6 head on the property, everything from WP, HUS, and performance bred horses. I also chose WLS as I want to be able to put in that first ride on my colt when it comes time. He'll be a true yearling in a couple weeks so I have a bit of time to become a svelter me.
I used to do barrels and poles and am looking forward to getting back there with my performance mares. I picked up a trained SMS and WP mare last year for my hubby that I may re-introduce back to the ring once I can fit back into a horsemanship outfit.
Anywho, we still trail ride, and I can't wait until I can get back in the saddle.

I used to show Dressage on my TB/Percheron cross and showed on the Class A Arab circuit with my National Show Horse, but after leaving my engineering job I can no longer afford the boarding and training necessary.
Because I will NEVER be without horses I have two small ponies (10.1hh and 11.3hh) and a yearling pony mule. I now drive instead of ride, but hope that once this weight is gone I can go back to riding again. I will probably wind up with a large pony at that time........I've become smitten with the ponies.

Hi, I posted up at a later post but I missed this group. I am 53 years old and I am trying to raise warmbloods. I have one Hanoverian, one Oldenburg, and two Wurtemburgers (ooh, I hope I spelled that right and its not just because I'm hungry). My avatar is one of my Wurtemburgers, Ravynna.
How is everyone who posted doing on their WL journey? Please let us know, I know this is an old post, but I'm a noobee and could use some experienced horsey people WLS info.
