True, with Kris Jenner it's hard to tell what's real - probably a mix of good surgery and filters/lighting
Hi! I understand how frustrating it can be to deal with weight changes even years after surgery. In Oakland County, you might want to check out local bariatric support groups through hospitals like Beaumont Health or Ascension Providence. There are also online communities and Facebook groups specifically for long-term post-op patients, which can be really helpful for advice and encouragement. It might take a bit of searching, but connecting with others who understand your experience can make a big difference. top games

Hi Julibel,
Thanks for asking! This month is my 6 years Post Op!!! I am continuing to do really well! After having a Bariatric Surgery Procedure, one must realize and must remain mindful of their daily food intakes at all times. If you have to keep a Journal of your daily food intakes, this will help you stay focus of the foods you eat!!! This also helps you to monitor the foods that are consumed that is healthy for you!!!! The foods that are not healthy for you to consume it will be easier for you to pinpoint, eat only in moderation, or completely avoid. The calories intake must equal the daily energy consumption by doing exercises to burn off the calories (calories in vs calories out) For an example: if your calories intake 2300 calories a day, to not gain weight, you must burn 2300 calories a day to maintain your weight. It is called "Energy Balance!"
I continue to maintain my weight loss journey. If I gain a few pounds, I know how to lose weight without no struggle.. It is a lifetime commitment that I am truly devoted and dedicated to make it apart of my healthy daily lifestyle journey.
Julibel, I hope this helps! Have a wonderful day!!!
How are you doing now? Motivation conversations always resonate because progress rarely looks perfect. People move forward, stall, and then move again -- that's normal. What helps most is focusing on habits instead of big milestones. I've seen people track small wins like workout consistency or steps using routines inspired by Beachbody https://beachbody.pissedconsumer.com/review.html style programs. Encouragement from others adds accountability you can't create alone. Even slow progress counts as movement
"Hi everyone, I haven't had my surgery yet, but I'm currently 488 lbs and preparing for the Duodenal Switch. My goal is 190 lbs.
I'm an athlete at heart and I'm ready to hit the ground running, but I'm nervous about those first few weeks post-op. For those of you who started at a higher BMI (450+), I'd love your real-world advice.

It's great that you can pick and explore useful sources of knowledge. Slope Free is a well-known arcade game that gets players excited right away. Players travel on randomly created slope free platforms down a steep slope at high speed.
