Grrrr... Its only Hump Day

Good Morning!

Returned after 12 last nite - 4 hour long opera and unexpected roadwork . Tired and disgusted at the state of my home this morning.

Still getting out early instead of gardening till after lunch did the trick - today may be an interview for a grant and lawyer-seeking, social security office etc.

Hurry up n wait but having these documents ( and an attorney) are essential. Neck hurts but what else is new .

There?s a ten am dancercize class at the gym I signed up for and Blink Fitness is on my way uptown just not within walking distance .

NY Sport Club has come a long way down though ( or was it NY Athletic Club I worked at by Rockefeller Center ? )

All the equipment is there but it?s very crowded ? we?ll see how much I use it . Better than having a rower in the living room I guess?

It?s a toss up between great ( free) gyms and classes but with limited chiropractic and dental coverage or full coverage for both and no classes and basic gyms .
Of course I want it all but it ain?t gonna happen ( unless I?m willing to teach somewhere). Don?t know if my ancient personal training certification can even be FOUND lol.

Needless to say I can?t find ANY documents EVER thus a huge source of frustration and wasted unnecessary effort re- obtaining what?s necessary.

Another annoyance - the super has decided to be a PITA and hid the buildings only cart a week ago . I?m pretty much the only tenant that uses it mostly to carry heavy plants . Over the weekend I had to lug up three large trees by hand and still have drying out plants and IKEA in the car.

Thinking about using their large wheeled trash/ recycling cart residing in the trash room but it?s sure to **** George off .

yesterday - B - Pret egg white Greek frittata ( not bad but my eggs are better thanks to Butter buds . L- mushroom soup, bit of tortilla chicken soup, four lf grrlscout cookies n bites of kosher veggie soufflé .D - one large shrimp n ****tail sauce ( small pouch day ) Midnite D - Asian crunch salad from Trader Joe?s minus the chicken n dressing- used low fat Japanese sesame dressing instead. Accountability- four pieces of candy jumped in my mouth at nite then rugelach. I often wake up n read n drink a decaf tea latte in the wee hours.

Today - morning dancersize class ? some very light weight and stretching work in the gym afterwards, (real work) B - spanakopita w extra ff feta and spinach/ garlic sautee.Chai tea latte . S / L - coffee latte shrimp ****tail veggie soufflé and Whole Foods salads . Some kind of lite soup. D - TBD .

Seeing Grounded tonight hopefully.

It?s amazing to witness the artistry and stagecraft live literally watching from the footlights.
