10 years out and still have smelly gas. What can I take to help.

I'm 10 years next month and have the same issue. It's based on what u eat. generally diary, carbonated drinks, anything with sorbitol, onions and others. The products like Devrom don't do anything for me.

you can try Devrom. Www.devrom.com

just don't get the chewable ones. Any sweetener ending in "itol"will cause gas for us.
any thing made with wheat flour , even whole wheat , will be a problem.

Why not the chewables?

they are sweetened with an artificial sweetener ending in " itol" which, in itself, causes gas for some of us.

I was taking a chewable bariatric vitamin that was made with sugar alcohol. When I stopped taking that the gas problem went away. Check the labels on everything. Sugar alcohols are sorbitol and other chemicals ending in tol.

I'm 12 years out.

Mine got a bit better when I eliminated white flour, bread and pasta.

100% whole wheat causes no problem for me.

Thank goodness Devrom works for me!

Ozium or m9 will fix the air for you!
