I am back to say hi and see what's going on these days

I came to this site in 2004 ready for a new life. I had an rny in 2005 and then in 2010 a small bowel resection due to a twisted bowel. I also had a hernia repair in 2010 post emergency bowel resection. I am still at goal today due to change in lifestyle and absolute refusal to go back. I did seek treatment over the years when bouts of disordered eating crept back. I am here to support and continue my journey.

Hello..any help u could give me to get back on help.would b amazing.. I had a RNY 12 years ago and then a revision to a DS 8 years ago and within the past year due ro an accident I've went from my goal weight of 135 to 170..any help would b great
