How do you feel when you look at your before picture

Most of my before pictures made me feel terrible. One day I decided that I did not need to see them and nobody else needed to either. I gathered them up and put them through the shredder.

I still carry my license from before my surgery. Every so often, I look at it to remind myself of what I don't want to back to. I still can't believe that I looked like that.

When someone tells that I can eat something decadent, I would show them what I use to look like and I DON'T want to go back to that!!!!

I am happy I am not the same person I was in the photos but I still see the joys and love and experiences in my old photos. The memories I made and captured were what was important not my weight.

I am in a lot more photos now than before though!

I find it hard to believe I ever looked like that - and like the others, I never want to go back!

I feel exceedingly grateful that there.was a surgery to help me lose weight snd keep it off.

I do t want to look like that person anymore. I am still the same person on the inside that I was then.
