What was your experience like before and after weight loss surgery
Because of diabetes, before weight loss surgery, I ate low carb, high protein meals. I counted calories, fats, sugars, and carbs. I exercised every day, usually walking the track for an hour. I weighed myself every day. I attended weigh****chers and tracked my food carefully.
After weight loss surgery, i did the same things as before. But after weight loss surgery, those same things finally worked for me. I lost the weight and kept it off.
