Once home from surgery, what should I have at home?

Nearby Chinese and or Thai restaurant menus lol ! I lived ( still live to b honest) on wonton- less wonton soup and Tom Ka Gai which is basically just homemade chicken soup with some Thai spices and coconut milk.
I also always keep European mushroom soup mix around - making a fat free sauce using fat free half n half really helps dry meats go and stay down . Also essential veggies . (((()))

And a loving pet !
My lil Persian kitty Minime literally walked w m every fifteen minutes forever it seemed like ..... he was my absolute loving hero .... and then he laid w m and purred in th bed n easy chair ....lil darling.
I know I'm a little late responding, but when I was resting I was hot and cold. I would keep a fan near you, I did even with having central air I just couldn't get comfortable. I hogged all the pillows so I could sleep propped up. I also had everything in reach for when I got out of the hospital, like water, pots and pans, etc so I wouldn't have to bend or stoop down. I'd re-wash what I used to avoid doing many dishes.

All I could eat at that time were protein shakes available in every grocery store
