I tried getting insurance to pay for a breast lift but they declined stating it was cosmetic, even though I had constant rashes.

It's his speciality! He knows why such procedures have been accepted and refused in the past.... It sounds like he knows the ropes of how to specify why each area needs to be taken care of- for your continued improved.health.. What a wonderful health Care provider to have on your team.
