Flavour suggestions for chia seed pudding

I like the texture of chia seed pudding, and find it quite filling for the number of calories. However, the chia seeds have a flavour (slightly spearmint-ish) that doesn't go well with some other flavours. So I'm looking for some suggestions: What do you like to add to your chia-seed pudding?

My basic recipe is 1 part chia seeds by volume to 4 parts nut milk. Then shake every minute or so until firm.

Never tried the pudding, but maybe orange or peach flavoring to sweeten the taste of spearmint.

I add a little bit of cocoa powder, and use a little coconut cream/milk to add to the flavor. I've never noticed the spearmint flavor, but I totally get that. I am one of those people who thinks cilantro tastes like soap, so definitely get it.

I have made "Almond Joy" chia seed pudding as well as Chocolate Cherry chia seed pudding. Both are my go to for something sweet. I use almond extract for the flavoring in the almond joy, but top with a bit of unsweetened coconut flakes and slivered almonds. The chocolate cherry one, I use a cherry extract to add the flavor and top with shaved sugar free lilys. When I have these, I tend to not get hungry at all. I have not noticed any spearmint flavor in my chiaseeds at all. Do you think yours are expired, maybe?

Oh my, that sounds delicious. Will definitely try it.

My chia seeds might be a little old; I'll try a new bag and see if that helps.
