Location for surgery in the Philly/Nj area

Good Evening ! Is there a place to get the surgery where you are just on the cusp of the metrics ? I would prefer a location in the area. Please assist - I need this for my mental sanity.

To be completely honest, I'm not sure how lenient they are with being on the cusp (I have a bunch of underlying conditions that qualified me). I can give you their information if you'd like; it won't hurt to ask! Plus they're SUPER nice people!!
