it's not my actual pouch that's stretched.
My Dr. said someone gave you a xtra small pouch. I'm implementing new things to decrease my tempting to drink with food. I guess for me is sometimes I feel as if things are getting stuck especially chicken or turkey.
ive been blessed to get this far 20 years and this be a problem. The star procedure is where they will go in and stitch it back and this will be done by endoscopic.

I haven't heard of that either? maybe it's like the overstitch procedure? I would think that if you stretch your pouch, you can ask your nutritionist/surgeon if you can "help shrink it back" with a reset? really start measuring out portions etc. I found when I do that, I tend to feel more restriction when I introduce the dense proteins back.

I don't know if the stoma would " reset " with a pouch test diet but I would try it just to keep from gaining more while you wait for surgery.

Its really simple - you go back on shakes for a few days then purées for a few .

A LOT of posters over the years have found it very helpful in resetting the weight loss tool they were given.
