How do you reward your weight loss goals?
I remember the days when I would reward reaching a weight loss goal with a nice dinner out where I would sabotage my weight loss by eating an unhealthy meal because well...I deserved a "cheat" meal after my accomplishment! Those days are gone. Now, I reward reaching a weight loss goal with a nice new candle, a new movie dvd, or a new Kindle book...things like that. What are some of the ways you reward your weight loss goals? It would be great to have a few more ideas!

I try not to reward a number on the scale but healthier behaviors -- like 30 days exercise of at least 60 minutes or anything I wanted to focus on. Some things I"ve done not food related -- new tattoo, new piercing, new exercise equipment, taking a class, pedicure, piece of art from etsy (of course, some of those things are NOT currently available but I'm stacking up the wins for the future, lol).

I buy cute workout outfits lol for all seasons and weathers .. and I've ended up with Literally so many workout bras, shorts, platform sneakers ( cuz they gotta b flattering right ? ) leggings and lately cute lil down coverups windbreakers and puffer jackets ....that i literally can't remember repeating an outfit yet !
Crazy, isn't it ?
I justify the expense by thinking stretchy outfits r the new casual clothes and that wearing workout gear may actually encourage m to choose walking and moving more cuz I feel sexy n confident n cute in my new spandex .
So far it seems 2 b working :) - I am choosing to move more since I already have the outfit on- just add headphones n walk out th door...
