Ok good. I don't get on here as often as I want between my health and my job but I enjoy communicating with like minded people.. facing similar struggles

The way an OH ignore works is if the person starting a thread has members on ignore those ignored members cannot see the thread or read ANYTHING by ANYONE in the thread. Remember, this is a Daily Support Thread purported to be 'for everyone.'

I don't expect folks who are included to worry over much, or at all really, about those that are excluded. "You can have a separate but equal area" always works so well.

Forget where you come from. Pay forward the wrongs done unto you. Claim ignorance.

I am aware how the tool works.

People choose who they engage with, on this tool, that they give their time, expertise and attention to for free, and that's reasonable to me. It's clearly not to you and we're not going to change each other's minds.

It's OK.

We have no chance to change minds if we don't engage. Engaging is what adults do. Hiding is not. ;)

I like that Failure only happens when you don't try. This journey is definitely not easy. It is a lifelong battle, I have watched the scale bounce and some days I feel like I am such a failure but I try to celebrate the Non Scale Victories and encourage others. I hope that you find support on here and that one day we connect. Continue pushing forward, we are stronger together :)
