Definitely liver and onions! Draws you in with the aroma of frying onions, smells so good, then you bite into it and it's freaking liver! Nasty! LOL

2020 started out just fine making us think it was going to be a good year, and then whammo! Liver!

Haggis for many reasons and it is related of course to offal, mentioned in an earlier post. Yikes, and there's a reason it was banned as an import to the US! It's hard to even READ about its ingredients let alone eat it. One finding says it's likely not worth the risk to your health! I'm getting queasy...

I tried it when I was in Scotland...but the "traditional" and the vegetarian version....neither was worth more than the teeny tiny taste to say I'd done it (although I'd rate the vegetarian version the slightest bit better)
