What are some exercise i can do at 600 lbs
Depends of your ability to move. Waking, even a few steps, some chair exercise.
Do you have an ability to have a have a physical therapy specialist?
That person can asses you and give you a set of exercises you can do based on your personal ability.

Any movement you do is exercise. You say you can barely walk. Walk more often. Even if it is a few feet. Set an alarm on your phone to remind you to get up if that helps. Turn on music and dance/move around in your chair. Or stand up and dance for 5 minutes. Make it fun.
Stretch from where you are sitting ...raise your arms, stretch out your legs, point your toes... rotate your ankles...what ever you feel you can do.
The more you move your body the better it will feel. No movement is too small.
Good Luck

Welcome and good luck on your journey, so worth it. I was much like you at my highest, barely able to move. I got some chair exercise videos for seniors, but you can find those online at no charge. I had a couple of light hand weights (could just start with a couple of 20 oz water bottles if you prefer), some simple resistance bands (I think I won those from our health fair at work, but Walmart.com has some good stuff under $15) and a sturdy chair. Go slow, do what you can. You'll make it. For encouragement, I went from what I just described to (as I type this) just getting off my Peloton bike where I road like a madman for 45 minutes. What do I love about it - great music, so I encourage you to find your favorite tunes and make whatever you do enjoyable. And when you get to goal, you can still use the bands. I do, as a matter of fact, I use them every night to help stretch out my back before going to bed. Good journey to you!!!

Here are a couple of really good articles from OH on exercising... no matter what stage you are in. There were some that didn't apply to me, so I tried to modify as best I could to MAKE them apply to me. For example, if I didn't have weights, I would use things from around the house, my kids, my animals (my dog likes to lay on my legs, so I would lift her up). and I would search YouTube for instruction videos instead of paid ones.
