Carb addiction
It looks like you are 2.5 years out from RNY. This is about the time when you stop malabsorbing as many calories as you did in the beginning and you can eat more in a sitting. You need to watch your portion sizes and how many calories a day you are eating. When I hit that point, I have to cut back a lot to maintain my loss. Figure out what works for you and just do it (better choices, smaller serving sizes, fewer calories, fewer carbs, etc). Good luck!!
