I think that would be really hard to pinpoint if asparatine would make me hungry. I am hungry all the time and hope that I get that feeling of "not being hungry" after surgery. I hear that hunger comes back for some and with a vengeance.

I like the idea that you make yours separate/out of easy access. A great tip to start now. labeling portions ahead of time is also a really great idea.

Thank you for all of this info!

NOT hard at all. Simple It's called an elimination diet.

for best weight loss... Do dense protein only. (90-110 grams/day..).. Low carb veggies only. limit carbs to 30-40 grams Per DAY.. cup of string beans one cup of diced tomatoes., steamed broccoli, lettuce,..simple salads. NO dressing.- they often, have it added to them.. B complex sublingual, U under tongue and in the jaws as well..directions on bottle...This and diet above. will cut cravings in 3 days for me.

Plain, filtered, not bottled....not tap... Water, can put slice of orange or lemon in it. NO sweetner of any kind. suggest orange..it tastes sweeter and will still give your vitamin c. .. NO diet products. If it says diet do not touch it,.Do for 5 -7 days. check scale..

and try one of the diet drinks w/ asparatine. see if hunger immediately returns. It also makes me thirsty almost immediately.. does not satisfy. My hunger back with a vengeance in less than 45 min... I found it also gives some people headaches.(2 of my nieces and nephews.)
