Discretely carrying and taking vitamins as a man
I'm sitting here with a funny face thinking I only carry a few calcium tablets with me on the weekends, as I keep a supply at the office in a drawer. I generally take all my vitamins with my am and pm pills. So what are you carrying other than those times. I only have my calcium with me. Do you bring lunch or other food/drink - stick a tiny sandwich zip lock in with that supply and carry it along. And also I'm three years out and I've only had one stupid person notice I was taking a pill and made a comment. Never has someone asked, other than that one time. ["Oh, I think people who take supplements are foolish and all they need to do is eat an appropriate diet." Oh, maybe that's true for some, but my doctor has me taking these to avoid significant bone loss issues due to a medical condition. Can I give him your phone number so he can call and explain it to you. "oh, sorry, no need"]

I am very serious about taking my vitamins and bought an organizer that I fill once a month. Then I take the one for that day with me. It is small and has four sections for each day. You fill the pills and turn them all to the green side. When a container is empty is turned over to red. Mine also has an alarm that I can set to remind me. The alarm is a voice that says it is time for your morning, afternoon, evening, or nighttime pills.
If you lose a container, you can order just one for that date from the company.

Very neat, Dove .. Where do you get one of those? That's the best type I've seen to date, esp. for "older" people or ones with memory issues. In fact, I have a friend who needs something just like this one and she has been asking about them.

If I am understanding you correctly, you currently take meds twice a day and will need to figure out how to take vitamins an additional 2 times a day? I'm also assuming those 2 times will be calcium? If so, why don't you just take the additional 2 doses in the evening, after work? That's what I often do when I get forgetful at work. Maybe take 1 dose in the car on the way home and another with dinner?

If you search for "discreet pill caddy" on Amazon or a similar site, you should find lots of options for small containers, including some that clip to your keychain.

Or you could take an entirely different approach with this container: ;^)
