My nutritionist was very skeptical that these would deliver adequate blood levels, and I am too.

when I'm away from home for a couple of days, I put all the vitamins I'll need into an old prescription pill bottle. Of course, you'll need to be able to tell them apart - but mine all look different, so that's not a problem. I know what they are. You could stick something like that into a pocket. Or a sandwich-size ziplock bag would work, too.

I'm just wondering why be discreet over something that can save your life or at the very least make you healthier?

Since you have to drink water, especially to sip right after surgery, get a water bottle holder that has a pouch for your vitamins. No one would take a second glance at someone drinking water.

To put it in perspective, if I may...

People paid a WHOLE lot more attention to the huffing, puffing 340 pound woman, than they do, to the 160 pound, very HAWT, old lady, grubbing around, in her purse, for her ziplock bag, of vitamins...

Nowadays, it seems everyone is one some type of commercial "supplement". Bet we all know someone, who sells something, You will stand out if you DON'T take vitamins, all day long !!!!

I take my vitamins in the morning before work (calcium), and at night before bed (iron****ep spares in my desk drawer in case I forget in the morning.

Nobody, male or female, cares if I take a pill at work. And if they do, it's none of their business anyway.

There are very small ziplock bags, like 2" x 3" or 1"x2". They are small and can fit of few pills. I used them to carry my mid day stuff in my purse. But they are so small, the probably won't affect the look of the suit when you drop one in your pocket. The smaller ones keept the pills or capsules secure and not "moving around"

You can easily find them in some stores or on line...and they are reusable. But adi cheap enough to used them and toss them.
