Excercise is flippin NUTZ I kno.

In the first phase ya GAIN weight cuz ur building fat burning muscle

Th muscle allows ya 2 eat- faster metabolism ... b patient it always werks and then ur standing in a gorgeous taut hot bod ...

Prioritize ... yes and also most importantly ENJOY .

You can join a free meetup group and hike at a pleasant pace in park trails near your home I bet you never knew existed .

Expand your horizons ! There's always a free or discounted ferry ticket available to a real cool destination ( like a barrier island or a free Wendesday merengue cruise with cuties , dancing n snax at sunset around Manhattan ) ( they call this networking lol )

the important thing is to move . Some people count steps a Fitbit - I just park pretty far away and climb up stairs rather than take the elevator :)

That's pretty typical.

regain kills our confidence, self worth and motivation.

It's at harder to lose. Give yourself grace, be kind and push for progress - not perfection.

that has helped me lose 21.1 lbs of my 27 lb regain. Slowly but surely.
