How do you actually track all your food intake?

I'm really interested in all these replies. I use a hand/written journal where I also input my activity/mood/elimination issues etc. I also use my Fitbit app and over-estimate if I can't find a food item. I wish you luck on your journey; I've lost 34 pounds in 7 weeks. Now if I could figure out the ticker, I'd be set!!
