Wide Width athletic shoes for women?

Asics has tons of models that come in extra-wide! You may need to order a men's size to get the extra-wide so you can adjust your size a bit-- I wear 8.5 women, and 7 men.
My knees tend to roll in, so I get their trail running shoes and they work fabulously.

VSG 2013, RNY conversion 2019 due to GERD. Trendweight here!
I like New Balance & Oasics brands. I'm pretty sure Zappos still offers free shipping to & from your house if they don't fit well.

You don't say what size you are, but if by any chance you have small-but-wide feet like I do, try boy's shoes. You'll save a lot of money too! I wear a women's 7, but am much more comfortable in a boy's 5 or 5-1/2 because of the extra width. In my case, it's not really my feet that are wide, but my toes!
Im a man, And the only place I can find extra wide of long shoes is New Balance.

You?re very lucky grrl!! If men?s shoes fit you they?re far cheaper for the quality. Look for gel both forefoot and aft. I buy men?s athletic gear simply because it?s a much better value . If you actually HAVE wide feet you?ll totally fit men?s sneakers.
Men with extra wide feet usually look to new balance ... but you can wear just about anything . Remember ... gel front n back .. shoe as light as possible ((()))
not sure how wide you need, but Saucony walking shoes come in wide. And their walking shoes in general (even the medium widths) have a roomy toe box. Some people claim that their sizes run small, though, and recommend going 1/2 to one size up. That wasn't the case with me, though - my two pairs are my regular size.
the men's shoe idea is a good one, too - they tend to run wider than women's shoes.
Most people don't know about Propet which is a brand from France. They are super light weight and come in wide sizes. My local shoe store carries them and I also get them from Zappos.
The ones I buy weigh 6 ounces. Other companies have caught on now and are making lighter weight shoes.
If you get a chance, try a pair. I did about five years ago and now that it my only brand because any other shoes feel so heavy.
