Multi-vitamin once a day

I thought the OP was trying to find an alternative vitamin, not that she was stopping them!!!!

Vitamins (they do not have to be chewable or bariatric specific) and labs are for life. If you have an issue with one ingredient in a multivitamin it does not mean you stop taking them altogether - that's terrible advice!!! There are so many to choose from, with different supplements, there is no excuse for stopping them, unless it's advised for a limited time, say, a surgery for example,

There is a reason why I, and other long term vets are healthy at this stage - because we take responsibility for our health. No doctor will ever care for you as much as you should care for yourself. You deserve to be more than an equal partner in your healthcare decisions.

What makes me crazy with having to taking vitamins for life, why isn't there just a few good choices to choose from with all the needed vitamins in them. My doctor recommends Bariatric Advantage which to me is that the doctor gets a kickback from BA,their prices are very high. Anyone have any good recommendations

TIA

I've been using the Costco women's multi for almost 3 years with no issues. My team told us to start with Flinstones chewables (at double the dose since we're grownups) and then just find a multivitamin we like. My labs have been stellar.

Keep on losing!
