Looking for some high protein snacks?

The professionals I work with recommend Quest bars, around 200 calories, but most are around 20g of protein but they are also extremely high in fiber, around 14-18g depending on flavor.

tuna packets, chicken, protein bars, many jerky varieties, protein shakes, quark or other yogurt but low fat. Look into protein bars and different meat jerkies to check for sugar and carb content. Stores around me have pre-cooked and seasoned chicken in plastic containers. Those are great for a snack. You can also make at home to save more money.
