Do you think bike shorts would work for you? I had no butt left when I lost weight and it hurt to sit on the floor and other activities. I got the bike shorts and they had padding on the but and inner thigh. Really helped. I am not sure the padding goes down far enough for you in the inner thigh area. Check it out on Amazon and see what you think?
Regards,
Kathy

The padding in most bike shorts only covers your lady parts; it's like a large maxi pad. I don't know that I've ever seen shorts, even for things like BMX or roller derby, with any padding on the inside of the legs.

Check Amazon for "compression shorts" and snag a pair of knee-length ones. You'd probably want to order a size down to get them very snug. Many people wear them when they work out to help with circulation, so they're pretty easy to find.

I'm going to say it as a fellow equestrian you need to learn to sit that trot. I have one horse I can post on and the other is a freight train that if I don't sit the trot oh hell things are not good.
Remember hips of a ***** and shoulders of a lady. Your hips should be loose and move with the horse, but you should not be rubbing on the saddle when walking/trotting/cantering.
What type of saddle do you ride in? Western/English/Australian?
