for me it took me 15 months from the time that i did the on line seminar to when i had surgery but everything i had to do i kept telling myself it was just one step towards my goal. for me it was just one step at a time, seeing the dietician, seeing my pcp for 6 months in a row, all the medical clearances i had to go thru, the ekg's, blood work etc but i kept telling myself to just hang in there, the end is coming soon. going to all the appointments kept me busy and before i knew it i had the 1st appt with my surgeon. the wait time for me just flew by. hang in there. having the surgery was the best decision that i have ever made!
