Meal Replacement, Liquid diet programs

Does anyone know of a good physician Supervised liquid diet program in the Ohio/ Indiana/ Kentucky area? Also, are there any liquid diet retreats out there?

Your PCP (primary care physician) should be able to refer you to any programs in your area. Also, check local hospitals too Keep us posted on how things go.
