Greek yogurt
one of my go to foods since I'm almost 7 yrs post op is crustless quiche made with Greek yogurt
1/2 cup of plain non-fat Greek yogurt
3-4 eggs
1/3 cup of low fat shredded cheese
1 cup of chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup of spinach chopped and drained
mix all together and bake for about 45 min at 350 degrees
the best thing about this food it can be frozen for later and it can be made in small muffin pans, and u can substitute the veggies for other veggies, ham, bacon of sausage
