Unfortunately, I don't think we can get Torani SF syrups in Europe, but I'm ordering a brand called Monin that gets good review. I'll report back on the taste.

I really like the pumpkin puree idea; I'll have to try it. I think it would be a good source of fibre too.

i had my RNY 2003... i take 1/2 cup almond milk and 1 scoop of jay robb chocolate protein powder, stir, then add hot coffee to make a full 16 oz. cup. i love it. i have put a scoop in yogurt before, you can make jello and add a scoop of unflavored protein , i love that too.

So many great ideas on this thread! Apparently I'm not the only one who finds that a touch of coffee and or cinnamon improves the flavour of protein powders. I found a really nice instant coffee so I don't have to worry about drinking it too late in the day.

Here's something I discovered by accident: I blended a packet of Spiru-tein banana (a flavoured Spirulina powder) with 250 ml of cashew milk (I'm sure regular milk, or other non-dairy "milk" would work too)... and instead of a drink I got yummy high-protein pudding! I'm going to try other flavours of Spiru-tein. I'm told that Spirulina normally tastes pretty yucky, but the Spiru-tein was good.
