Funny thing is people still eat a lot of fat after removing it completely.

I'm forever grateful that my surgeon removed the gallbladder and appendix doing my DS just as a precaution and to pinpoint acute pain causes down the road (by eliminating the common causes).

Also, with DS we eat a very high fat diet and have not problems with it at all.

I understand, my sister had this too, got her gastric sleeve surgery done last year.
