Do you do Keto?
I eat what I call "ketoish" because my fat intake is 55% of my diet as opposed to true keto, which is 70%. I don't shy away from fat at all, but don't go out of my way to eat extra fat.
When I needed to lose my regain, instead of doing straight up keto, I reduced my calories, stopped eating off plan, and kept carbs less than 30 g per day.
Really, I went just back to basics.

I do Ketoish as well. During maintenance I keep my carbs under 100 (net) a day. To lose weight I keep it under 35ish (net) a day and my calories go down as well. It just kind of falls off... Then I slowly move back to maintenance, I don't jump back up because I'll need less calories during maintenance at a lower weight and I need to find the sweet spot.
