Friday Motivation! - Take Care Of You!
This is so true and it's something I've been working on and I've gotten a lot better as self-care!
I've added pedicures every six weeks, hair cut & colored every 5 weeks, stopped buying crappy shoes & cheap clothes and went and got Klogs for myself plus a bunch of nice clothes form Kohl's and Macy's, not Walmart... Next I got myself a real book, not a download to my kindle. Don't get me wrong I love my kindle, I just missed holding a book. So, I found one that I really wanted and knew my mom would like as well, so when I'm done it will go to her then to her nursing home. Win-Win-Win!
My cup is now full and I able to take care of both my mom & my husbands mom, teach therapy dog classes, spend time working on task training service dogs without feeling exhausted or over whelmed.
