I dare say most of us were horrified, by our starting weights...mine was 340 lbs, with a BMI of 53.3...I was 44 years old, and on insulin 4 x a day...Obviously going down a BAD road...I am now 61...155-160 lbs..."normal BMI"...no Diabetes meds...everything is just so different...

I attribute SOOOOOOOOOOOO much of Anyone's "success" to SUPPORT, and INFORMATION...You can get plenty of both, right here. PLEASE listen, to peeps who have lived the life, and want to see others do the same
