1. Plant and build an "English Style" flower garden in the back yard.

2. Help my mother get both of her cataracts taken care of(make appts, take her ect.)

3. Hike to the top of Big Mountain ski resort this summer.

That's a great list! I loved the English gardens I've seen, they seem so serene! Are you starting from stratch or redesigning?

It will definitely be from scratch. I built a rock garden with succulents on the north side of the house last summer. I love the wispy, eclectic look of an English garden and have always wanted one. I agree, they are serene!

I've been running a 100 day program all last year, currently on break while doing maintenance over the holidays. I want to do one last 100 Days with my group of friends and lose my last 7 lbs. My daily goals are:

1) 12,000 steps minimum of 4 days a week/ other days must hit 10,000. (Only missed once in over a year!)

2) Gym three times a week/bike ride 2 times a week weather permitting.

3) Log all my food in MFP

Without really watching what I'm eating I've been at maintenance since 10/31/18, up and down the same quarter of a pound! WOOT! Almost ready to lose that final weight!

Going to look into a tummy tuck this year as well!

Great post Polly! And I see you're still going strong with the weight loss too, which is amazing!

My big 2019 goals are;

1) Hit my goal weight! I've got 29.2 pounds to go (as of this morning) and I'm ready to get rid of it.

2) Get my first round of surgery. Royal Lower Body Lift with Dr. Cardenas scheduled for May 3rd 0.0

3) Finish each semester next year with a GPA of 3.3 or higher.

27 years old - 5'5" tall - HW: 260 - SW: 255 - LW: 132.0 - Regain: 165.0
