DO NOT worry about any stigma. Do what you know will work for you. Her journey worked for her.. your chosen journey will work for you. To hell with stigma's. Stigma is only removed when the fear of the unknown is brought to light.
Kudos to anyone that loses weight and gets healthy to live a long, wonderful life. I must admit it's like nails on a chalk board when someone said they did it the normal way, natural way or didn't take the easy way out.
