So hungry on Optifast
She hasn't had surgery yet. This is for a preop and postop liquid diet. Surely you arent telling her to ignore her surgeon's rules?

ChrisFB: Please ignore this post as btm61 has not had bariatric surgery, does not believe in it, and is unfamiliar with pre & post-op instructions provided by our surgeons.
Marina Girl,
You are correct, I don't know much about pre-and post- op procedures,so how about educating me rather than stick to your completely wrong view of my beliefs about surgery. I know many people who have lost tremendous amounts of weight and kept it off afterwords. All that I have EVER said is that there is also a percentage of people, nearly 50% in one study I saw, that gain all of the weight and more back. In those cases it is clear that those folks used the surgery as a "quick-fix", "microwave" solution to their problem and never took the time to learn the other aspects of weight loss, like eating and exercising in a healthy manner.
Your "facts" are wrong.
You should educate yourself before you dispense dangerous advice.

I don't believe you're educatable; therefore, I pass on trying.
And, seriously, don't let a random mansplaining troll who is just here trying to stir up crap and then claim "BUT MY FIRST AMENDMENT!!!!" assign you homework.
