Typically, how long after surgery until you can drive?

One week. The only pain med I took was ibuprofen as needed. I drove within a two-mile radius for about a month because I was still recovering from surgery.

Off pain meds - usually around 10 days. Also, add when you're comfortable to actually get dressed.
