Gotcha! The ones I did calculations on are regular pills; once you're beyond the first few weeks, there's no need to use chewables.

I did find the nutrition info for Centrum Chewables, and they look much better than Flintstones!

I use the Walgreen's version of Centrum Silver. They often run buy one get one free specials on vitamins, so I can pick up two large bottles for under ten bucks!

The Costco ones are great and really cheap, if you have a Costco card.
