Flintstones vitamins

I agree, the 200% is just a rough estimate. One of the spreadsheets I created/linked to earlier shows the exact value for each macro.
It's great that you know people who take things in addition to their Flintstones; unfortunately, I've seen many people on OH over the years who are told that just the chewables are sufficient, no extra calcium/B12/iron needed. Not everybody is given good advice like that.

Ah, okay gotcha. I just wanted to make sure. My Surgeon gave me a chart to go by and it was on point with the link. Which was why I went the route I did with my vitamins.

a lot of them still do, oddly (mine did, too). They used to tell people to take Tums for calcium, too - at least they wised up on that one. (I've taken Centrum or the generic equivalent all along (2x per day), as do a lot of people on here. At least my clinic said "well, those are probably even better than Flintstones". Ah....yea...)

The Flintstones are the chewable vitamins designed for children. Lots of doctors recommend them, but they don't have everything you need! You're much better off going with a double-dose of an adult multivitamin like Centrum or similar.
