You know more than me? Really? There has been quite a bit of outrage for suggesting that weight loss is directly associated with calorie intake vs calories burned. There has been even more outrage that I wouldn't consider a height and weight chart first made in the 1830's to be relevant. Most doctors understand that even the most recent version of the height and weight chart used in the US is completely irrelevant. Finally, there has been even more outrage, if that's possible, for even suggesting that personal responsibility plays a part in obesity. How many ways can you folks find to call me dumb? Of course there haven't been any personal attacks against me. Go ahead and live in your fantasy world, I'll accept reality just the same.

Not as "blod" as you think I am. Is there anyone who has a formula for weight loss other than "caloric intake subtract caloric expenditure". I'd dearly love to hear it if you do. This thread is now 8 pages long and no one yet has tried to refute my formulas. You might all be a bit pissed because I used the word "responsibility" and I get that because we live in a world where personal responsibility no longer exists. When I was a kid if I left the keys in my car and it was stolen we punished the thief, but in today's world we blame the rightful owner of the car, and that, my friends, is directly the result of the psychological belief that no one is responsible for their own actions, hence "Binge Eating Disorder". (That should be good for a few more posts).
