How do you put your oxygen mask on first?
I also was a teen Mom, then had another "set" of kids 15 years later, and now that they are finally independent I am taking care of DH. It isn't easy to figure out how to do me time even when there is time. But I too signed up for yoga and the Florida winters were my idea.

I walk and run, and I love both. While I do that I listen to audiobooks and podcasts. I read a ton of books too. I do yoga 2x per week. I get a pedicure every 3-4 weeks. I see a therapist.
