So many!
1. Never having to worry if I will fit in a chair or booth, or if it is strong enough to hold me.
2. Shopping in regular clothing stores.
3. Wearing boots, extra special that they don't have to be wide calf.
4. Zip lining
5. Getting ready to go on my first airplane trip in 2 weeks, and not making myself sick over whether they'll charge me for 2 seats, or if I'll spill over and bother the person next to me! First time I'm looking forward to air travel!
6. Shopping or doing anything and being able to walk and talk at the same time without getting out of breath.
7. Wearing clothes that show my shape and don't look like tents.
8. Crossing my legs.
9. Using one regular sized towel to both dry my hair AND my body, and being able to wrap it around!
10. Planning on a tandem sky-dive for my 60th birthday (15 months from now!).
Cathy, that's an awesome list! You are going to LOVE your flight in two weeks. Ok, love might be a strong word, but having had a high weight similar to yours (I was 351 the day of surgery!), flying at under-200 lbs is soooo much less stressful. Stuck in a middle seat? No big deal! Time to buckle the seatbelt? No big deal!
You and Jen (Partlypollyana) are the daredevils...she's going to skydive when she reaches goal. Post pics please! I won't ever go up in a tiny plane and jump out of it, nope, not happening LOL!
This summer I realised a lifelong dream that I had relegated to that corner in my mind as being something only thin people do- scuba dive.
I was lucky enough to go to Indonésia and we decided to give it a go as a family and spent three days getting our first level of certification. The most amazing feeling ever!!
Though i love being able to sit with my knees up and my feet flat in the seat too!! LOL

That is an amazing accomplishment!! You should be so proud of yourself and how special to do it with your family too!

Walking up three flights of stairs to the yoga studio I attend without being the least bit winded. I smiled to myself last night when a young, normal weighted college student was breathing hard trying to have a conversation at the front desk after the stairs.
Not only did I lose enough weight to gain true mobility, but I'm also maintaining cardiovascular health that lets me walk up three flights of stairs like it's nothing! I remember the days when those stairs would have been a huge DREAD, let alone the power yoga on the other side of them.
