Surgery Date!

Hi all! I have posted a couple of times but now have finally gotten my surgery date! To introduce myself I am 53 and live in Montana. My current weight is 229. I've lost 10 pounds since my seminar weight in July. Saw my surgeon the end of August and since then the dietitian. I am scheduled for December 11! I'm not sure how much to expect to come off and I have not decided between VSG versus RNY. But I need to make up my mind soon! Anyway just thought I would share my news. Looking forward to this next stage in my weight loss journey.
