What are your goals for the week?

A couple for me:
- Log my food every day (I've been slacking on this)
- Go to the gym at least once, in addition to derby practices this week
- Switch out some of my diet Coke for water or other decaf drinks

Oh goals.
- Survive my 10k on Sunday.
- Survive my first week of my two new classes.
- Survive all the appointments I have scheduled - cardiologist, orthodontist, radiology, therapy.
- VOTE!! (Maryland has awesome early voting.)
I highly recommend The New Rules of Lifting if you're interested in free weights.

Great! The last time I ran this race was in 2015, and I beat my time by 17 minutes! Wooo!

Mersh, do you mind if we keep this thread going? I'm feeling the need for some extra accountability, lol.
My goals this week:
- Pilates class M, T, Th, Friday X2 and Sunday
- Walk OUTSIDE T, W, Saturday
- Take the already sorted and bagged clothes for donation
- Clean out the freezer
- Reorganize the tea/coffee cabinet
If I do all these things, after the Sunday pilates class, I will get a mani-pedi.

- Go through my closet and donate my summer clothes (part of my big declutter cause moving)
