What are your goals for the week?

A couple for me:

  1. Log my food every day (I've been slacking on this)

  2. Go to the gym at least once, in addition to derby practices this week

  3. Switch out some of my diet Coke for water or other decaf drinks

Oh goals.

  1. Survive my 10k on Sunday.
  2. Survive my first week of my two new classes.
  3. Survive all the appointments I have scheduled - cardiologist, orthodontist, radiology, therapy.
  4. VOTE!! (Maryland has awesome early voting.)

I highly recommend The New Rules of Lifting if you're interested in free weights.

Great! The last time I ran this race was in 2015, and I beat my time by 17 minutes! Wooo!

Mersh, do you mind if we keep this thread going? I'm feeling the need for some extra accountability, lol.

My goals this week:

  1. Pilates class M, T, Th, Friday X2 and Sunday
  2. Walk OUTSIDE T, W, Saturday
  3. Take the already sorted and bagged clothes for donation
  4. Clean out the freezer
  5. Reorganize the tea/coffee cabinet

If I do all these things, after the Sunday pilates class, I will get a mani-pedi.

  • Schedule my pre surgery physical with my family doctor for some time in November
  • Go through my closet and donate my summer clothes (part of my big declutter cause moving)
  • Catch up on AHS
