Your 1st 5k Run, share and inspire!

Good Morning

I just read a blog post of a member that ran her first 5k and finished 3rd. What an amazing NSV. It made me think back to mine and what a day it was. For those that can't imagine doing this, let's share our first 5k run. Photos would be great and if you need help uploading them let me know.

Here are mine, not sure why they are so small

My first 5k was in a triathlon! I walked about 3/4 of it, but considering that I'd swum 8 laps and biked 14 miles beforehand, I think it's understandable :)
