This was my first thought as well. I think of Grim as the Ron Swanson of OH.

Ill admit I've gotten a bit lazy and rely more on my 6oz ramekins. Counter space in my house is hard to come by, so the scale gathers dust for spells.

Things like Turkey sausage links, eggs, cheese sticks, frozen chicken chunks, tuna are staples since I can I can measure from the package.

3 oz of protein is about the size of a deck of cards.

That comparison has seen me a long way.

I'm 15+ years out of my DS and I still weight/measure most proteins, especially if I'm portioning meals to freeze. I also weigh pasta each and every time.

Maybe you. Not me. I stop before I get there. I'm still waiting for you to reply to my PM.

I ordered a back up scale now. My eyes always underestimate.

I've never weighed my food. I have overeaten about 4x in 4yrs, those times are always pretty fresh in my mind LOL. I consider myself very good at stopping before the point of too much but there have been many times I'm chewing a piece of food and realize "I'm full" and spit it out. Some days it even happens with pre-measured food (hamburger patty for example). Guess it's a small stomach day.
